Kalighat Sports Lovers’ Association entered the semifinals of the Kanyashree Cup 2021-22, defeating Sarojini Naidu OCC in a hard-fought game. Kalighat won 5-4 to earn the berth. For Kalighat, Sushmita Bardhan (2 goals), Singo Murmu (2 goals) and one by Sonamoni Soren. For Sarojini OCC, Rimpa Haldar scored all the four goals.
