The IFA today lost one of its most shining guiding lights when its Treasurer, Mr. Krishnendu Banerjee, passed away due to old-age health complications. He was 76. Mr. Banerjee was the IFA Treasurer for the past 8 years. He also held several other key positions in the IFA earlier. Mr. Banerjee was one of the oldest football officials attached to the Maidan.
